Requests for services or inquiries about services may be made by phone or on a walk-in basis. A physician, school counselor, social services worker, minister, probation officer, or other related professional may also refer clients.

Community Based Services are also provided when appropriate for children and adults who have been identified as severely emotionally disturbed by a qualified mental health professional. They may include the above services, and if appropriate also include:
