Guidelines for Appointments
Parsons, Kansas – Labette Center for Mental Health Services, Inc. is dedicated to providing care to those we serve in Labette County. We will continue to provide services to our patients but there will be some adjustment to how some of these services are provided.
In order to help contain the spread of COVID-19 the Center will make the following changes to how appointments take place.
- Effective Monday March 23rd, 2020 at 1:00pm all non-crisis appointments will be conducted through telephone and televideo, including therapy and case management services.
- Initial appointments will be done in the office.
- Medical appointments will continue as normal, but the situation will be evaluated on a continual basis to be vigilant in our efforts to keep our staff and those we serve safe and healthy.
- All group programs will be cancelled, including peer support, alcohol and drug use groups, etc.
Access to the Labette Center’s facilities will be limited to the public.
These guidelines will be in effect through April 6th, at which time we will re-evaluate the situation to determine what the safety needs are at that time.
